Your Role:
You will be actively communicating and working with clients, regarding the payroll administration and the accounting process.
Required Skills:
• University degree in Accounting or other related;
• At least two years experience in payroll administration in a big company;
• Good understanding of Bulgarian labor & social security legislation;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Very good English language skills- both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Ability to work under stress and within tight deadlines;
• Proactive, motivated and result oriented person.
Your responsibilities:
• Actively taking part in the working process;
• Dealing with Omeks accounting software and accurately entering data into the system;
• Communicating actively with clients on a daily basis, concerning urgent administrative tasks;
• Participating in the payroll activities of the company;
• Supporting the team with the other daily activities;
• Working closely with the manager of the company.
