Your Role:
You will work in a team providing 24/7 customer support for large companies. This will involve expert-level troubleshooting of end customer issues, providing good follow up and customer service, as well as preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation.
Required Skills:
• Fluent German language both written and spoken;
• Very good English language;
• Knowledge in HP-UX, Linux, Solaris;
• Service oriented behaviour and good communication skills to internal and external clients;
• Team player;
• Very good analytical and problems solving skills;
• Customer focused.
Your responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot customer problems by analyzing logfiles, running diagnostics and other remote troubleshooting procedures including remote system access;
• Work closely with the 2nd Level Support on complex or unknown problems;
• Find solution for customers problems;
• Steadily increase knowledge about the products and share with the team;
• Ensure meeting the team metrics results (operational, customer satisfaction and quality metrics) on the scorecard.
