Human Relations Consulting Recruitment - one of the biggest HR companies in Bulgaria is looking for Remote Support Engineer with German for its client – one of the largest world providers of products, solutions and services in the range of new technologies for individual and corporate users.

Your Role:

You will be involved in providing customer technical and non-technical expertise in particular areas of focus. Initially, you will provide services to a limited number of small accounts to which you are personally assigned, while support becomes more and more specific as you move through the experience levels.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in German language;
• Very good English;
• Excellent in MS Office;
• Very good technical / IT background;
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problems solving skills;
• Willing to participate in various working-time models- shifts, call availability;
• Customer care orientation and ability to work in a team.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting German speaking customers;
• Remote technical assistance, recommendation and advice, fault isolation and requests for product enhancement;
• Other services entail delivering support to customers via E-services, creating and distributing knowledge using specific tools.
