With several years experience on the Bulgarian market the company intends to expand the business activities in the field of trainings-, concepts and individual consulting.

Your Role:

To be fully dedicated to the working process and highly motivated to make a career in the field of Consulting.

Required Skills:

• Educational background in the field of Psychology, HR Management, Business administration, economics or related; 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of consulting; 
• Experience in finding clients and projects; 
• Relations in the IT field will be considered as a plus;
• Very good command of English language; 
• Very good Microsoft Office skills;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Strong expression of interests in professional development in the consulting field;
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic personality.

Your responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in the process of finding new clients and projects;
• Take part in the everyday working process, working closely with the managers and the clients of the company;
• Get responsibility over the company’s projects;
• Project management over new projects;
• Key account responsibility;
• Market research and product development.
