Human Relations Consulting Recruitment - one of the biggest HR companies in Bulgaria is looking for a Senior QA Engineer for its client – an international company, leader in providing secure Internet communication solutions.

Our client:

• Is an international company, headquartered in USA and is existing since 1993. Bulgarian office was opened in 2003;
• The company is recognized leader in providing secure Internet communication solutions for enterprises and government customers of all sizes;
• The company provides security solutions for inbound and outbound email protection, managed file transfers, and identity validation that allow organizations to safely conduct business over the Internet.

Your Role:

You will have a key role in an Agile Team, responsible for the overall quality of the product, involved in planning, design, validation, verification, maintenance of the product.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing; 
• Experience in Automation, QTP, Load runner; 
• Experience in networking (TCP/IP, Firewall, packet sniffing, etc.); 
• Windows and Linux OS knowledge;
• Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills;
• Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken;
• Relevant University degree.

It will be an advantage:

• Quality Management Tools experience;
• Bug Tracking systems experience, Source version control systems knowledge;
• Java, Python and shell-scripts experience;
• Scrum or agile methodologies experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Understand and follow the established QA Process;
• Take part in the requirements analysis on a team level;
• Take part in the new features planning process;
• Define test cases according to the requirements;
• Verify fixed defects based on risk assessment of the affected areas;
• Creates and maintains QA related documentation (test cases, test design specifications, test status reports, quality metrics);
• Responsible for the overall quality of the product;
• Act as mentor and provide guidelines to QA Engineers;
• Participate in the assessment of new QA tools.
